Online dating or sexual role playing games are not new, we already have 'Sociolotron' and a whole bunch of Japanese ones, but they all failed reaching the 'general' adult public. Maybe Republik's Spend the Night will succeed in reaching a larger audience, the timing is right I guess, multi player games are becoming increasingly popular and we all are waiting for a game that goes beyond the hacking and slashing.

The interactive dating, the social aspect, should attract female gamers as well, says Robert Coshland in an interview with Next Generation. I hope so, I hate the idea having a virtual encounter with a babe that is really a male dressing up as a girl, so confusing :-)
