The never ending fascination for his muse, beautiful Asian women embracing both their ancient and modern culture, is still a vital inspiration for his work. He just made a series of images called 'Precious & Fragile things need special handling' for Japanzine magazine, marvelous pieces of photography showing Akif Hakan Celebi at his best. The images from the 'Songs in unknown languages' series are showing a quite remarkebly combination of a nude woman sitting on some music equipment. Celebi has this strange talent of making normal things special, or giving everyday situations a whole new meaning.
